02 — Philosophy
A Living Practice
Prisma D'Água began with an encounter with water.
Following the paths of water toward its source became a way of learning how to listen, orient and perceive.
Over time, the land became a place where another relationship with life could be practiced.
Here, work, art, learning, health, community and relationship with nature are not separated into different compartments.
Every movement has consequence.
Every form of attention becomes a practice.
Prisma exists to cultivate environments where people can strengthen awareness, creativity, vitality, responsibility and their capacity to participate consciously in the world around them.

04 — Cultural memory
Ancestral Remembering
Embodied Knowledge and Cultural Memory
Ancestral Remembering investigates how knowledge travels across generations through movement, oral traditions, craft, ecological practices, ritual, food, music and other embodied forms of cultural expression.
These practices are approached not as frozen traditions, but as living forms of cultural memory that are continually preserved, transformed and reinterpreted.
Plants, landscapes and ecosystems also hold memory.
By learning how to listen to these forms of knowledge, we investigate how human beings might develop a more reciprocal relationship with place, history and the living world.
05 — Energy
Cultivating Vital Energy
Vital energy is understood not simply as physical stamina, but as the relationship between attention, nervous-system regulation, movement, nourishment, environment, rhythm, creativity and rest.
Prisma develops experiences that invite participants to become more conscious of how they use their energy and how daily choices shape their capacity to create, relate and participate in life.

Entre o Prato e o Coração
An immersive experience exploring the relationship between nourishment, rhythm, awareness and vital energy.
Food approached not only through nutrition, but through attention: what we ingest, when we ingest it, how we receive it, and how these choices influence our internal state.
